Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SAP MM Functional Consultant to join our team. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP MM (Materials Management) module, managing procure-to-pay processes, and ensuring seamless system integration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot operational issues, and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP MM Module Implementation and Support:
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP MM (Materials Management) module.
Work on procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, inventory management, and master data management.
2. Interface Development and Integration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test interfaces between SAP MM and other systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot interface errors and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
Hands-on experience with interface development and monitoring tools (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).
3. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Document functional specifications for custom developments.
4. Testing and Documentation:
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implemented solutions.
Prepare end-user documentation and training materials.
5. Training:
Deliver end-user training to ensure effective utilization of the SAP MM module.
6. Support Activities:
Resolve day-to-day operational issues in SAP MM and its interfaces.
Support change requests and enhancements.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders for interface-related queries and issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA or a related field.
- SAP MM Certification are preferred (optional but desirable).
